Cr2O3 can increase the refractory bricks erosion resistance ability to mirabilite (salt cake)
2. Applications for the Magniesa Chrome bricks:
The Magnesia Chrome bricks are mainly used as chequer bricks of the regeneration zone.
The chequer bricks are working in conditions of air and coal gas, oxidation and revivifications reaction, high temperature changes and condensation of alkali smoke. So the checker brick which is made of alkali refractory materials is the best choice to work for such atmosphere.
